A New York City man who illegally imported Viagra and other fake Viagra-branded medications into the United States has been indicted by federal authorities for allegedly shipping and receiving shipments of counterfeit Viagra and other counterfeit drugs to the American market, according to a criminal complaint.

"Consumers have no right to be falsely informed of the drug's safety and the potential risks associated with it.
